Owned and operated by Jessica Sabo, Colorado Cupcakes & Coffee was born out of a simple passion: handcrafting the perfect gourmet cupcake and pairing it with rich, expertly brewed espresso in the heart of the Rocky Mountains.

Established in Colorado Springs, we believe that baking is a form of art. That is why every morning before sunrise, our kitchen comes alive with the aroma of melting chocolate, fresh vanilla bean, and roasting coffee. We bake every single cupcake from scratch daily, utilizing premium organic flour, farm-fresh eggs, and local wildflower honey.

Our commitment to quality extends to our coffee program. We source single-origin beans and signature espresso blends from independent Colorado roasters who share our commitment to fair trade and quality. Whether you are dropping in for your morning latte, taking a half-dozen red velvets home, or planning a custom cupcake tower for your wedding, we are dedicated to making every bite and sip a moment of sweet indulgence.

The Journey

2018

Early Beginnings

We kicked off with our first order in January 2018, followed by official brand formation in February. This start ignited our passion for baking sweet memories.

2018

First Wedding

We baked for our inaugural wedding in March 2018, delighting guests with custom cupcakes. This event showcased our flair for elegant, personalized desserts.

2019

Acquired Charlie

In October 2019, we introduced Charlie, our custom baking trailer, responding to booming customer demand for a storefront. No longer bound to one location, we expanded our reach across Colorado with mobile baking magic.

2022

Larger Cakes & Weddings Expansion

In February 2022, we ramped up with larger custom cakes and weddings, refreshing our premium offerings. This delivers reliable, premium desserts for events big and small across Colorado.
